Rejected petition Cancel the BBC television License & make them fund themselves via a subscription

It's time the bbc was made to copy all other television channels and fund themselves via adverts or a monthly subscription if you want the channel so if you don't want the bbc you don't pay for it because it's ridiculous you have to have license if you play DVDs or games consoles
