A petition to raise a point that before anyone coming into the country must have someone that has paid income tax and national insurance contributions into the state before they can claim benifits or get any help from the state . This must be direct family members i.e. sons/daughters/parents and must be only one generation apart . Anyone who does not qualify for this must be able to pay there own way for health care , housing etc or there application should be refused and entry to the country forbidden .
