Rejected petition Make Vauxhall stand by thier warrenty

My 2 year old Vauxhall Corsa makes a grinnding noise when it goes around corners, Vauxhall have put many new parts on it and had it back to thier factory in Luton for a couple of weeks, When they finally excepted that they could not fix it they told me it was a chractaristic of the car, I have sinmce been informed by a solicitor that under thier terms I would have to prove what the defect was to make a claim.
