Rejected petition Human Rights Debacle

It is hard to believe that the current EU Human Rights laws interpretations meet the approval of the people of this country. How can it be correct to allow criminals from other country's to come here, break our laws. Then be able to stay here, claiming their human rights. Have we the people no say in this matter. Some one comes to this country, lives here for a period, then asks to bring there Husbands, family here and not meet any of the basic requirements needed to fit into our society.This is all conived, like so many other things. Have we the resident people no rights?
