Allow expats out of the uk more than 15 years to have a vote

* The younger generation should be allowed to have a say on their own future. Not have it made for them by a much older generation.

* Expats like me, British passport , ex British army but lived in another member state, ( and have a business France for 16 years promoting and selling uk products ) were not allowed a say on such an important vote.
