Petition Disallow MPs from of having secondary employment with a conflict of interest

I believe an mp should not be allowed a say in matter of interest, where they have role in private companies that have a vested interest in the sector. For example, someone with a role in private medical care industry, should have no say in the NHS. I believe this to be unethical.
