At present the family law courts are private and only open to particular journalists upon the judges permission. Ensure that all children involved in these proceedings remain undisclosed, yet all adult parties including professionals such as cafcass, psychologists and so forth be named and reported on if the media so wish. This will ensure the childs welfare is paramount and makes those responsible for major decisions in a childs life, accountable for them.
