Rejected petition A General Election should be called after Party in power, changes their leader.

If a party like the conservatives change their leader mid term that means that only the members of said party pick the Prime Minister of our country. For example in the conservatives case 150,000 people I do believe will choose the PM for the next four years, not the electorate.
