2 Ensure the environment is created that journalists can operate within freely without dictated political line or editorial censorship of expression.

3 Stop the manipulation of reporting for political, financial or personal gain by the creation of legislation.

4 Legislate to combat any reporting or editorial that does not present a balanced argument and is designed to deceive or mislead the public.
