Petition Allowing Young People To Use Their 16-25 Rail Cards To Get To School, College Or Work

This is to stop the minimum fare restrictions on the 16-25 Rail Card. By doing this young people will be encouraged to use the trains to get to School, College or Work. All the government need to do is to talk with National Rail and get them to change it. I believe doing this would bring the rail networks more money instead of losing it like they must think.
