Rejected petition Quash Council Tax Liability Orders As 66 Million People Don't Like The Results!
It appears that liability orders issued to councils by magistrates may be unlawful. We would like the government to issue a ban on these orders until such times as the lawfulness of the summonses issued by councils and therefore the liability orders issued upon them are found to be lawful.
