Rejected petition Make political manifestos legally binding. Failure todo so to result in a fine

In light of the recent EU vote: millions of voters were led to £350million pounds would be invested into the NHS. This was a blatant lie & deceived millions of people into votingout. In any other situation this would considerd misrepresentation. A fine must be considered to stop this in the future
