The above initiative trumpeted by the government has not happened. No government minister that I have contacted, including Downing Street even acknowledge it's existence. Yet in the media they lap up the attention claiming this will create 40000 new businesses from the dole line.This is another propaganda exercise to deflect criticism for simply NOT CARING if you are poor and trying to help yourself back into work.
