In light of recent development in France and the USA, whose 'rich' population has voluntarily signed a petition to pay more tax, many people are in agreement that people such as Bankers with big bonus' should contribute more to the growth of the ecomony, instead of filling their own pockets, so the government should increase their income tax to a FIXED higher percentage.
