Petition Removal of Royal Charter University of Exeter

After the involvement of Laura Johnson a University of Exeter, Devon student involved in the rights along with her friends stating: "We had a close-knit circle of friends, but over the last year Laura has pretty much lost touch with everyone." - Daily Telegraph, 12th August 2011
this is not an isolated incident within the University of Exeter, where the University has neglected to fulfil it's duty of care and welfare to students.
Therefore this petition is for the government to order a public inquiry about how the University welfare was run along with the removal of the Royal Charter over the past 40 years, since there have been 3 cases within a 4 year period where people have either suffered injuries or gone into a insular or isolated state like Laura Johnson due to the neglect of the University of Exeter which have not made the papers
