Make national service for all those who have completed their academic learning and before entering the workplace. Give the young the discipline they are missing, help increase self confidence and esteem. Prepare those for adult life and the real world. Straighten out the disaffected youth. Keep 'bored' kids of the streets. Keep unemployed youth firgues low.
