The NHS should not be free to all; I refer to the exceedingly rich and very wealthy who still use the NHS instead of private care; Further Patients who abuse their bodies re obesity and smoking and excess drinking and of course drugs should not expect to be completely free from some charges;
The government needs to start a national dialogue to make people aware of there responsibilities to themselves;
