Petition Allow children to re-sit there GSCE's

I propose that school leavers for whatever reason, who did not do there GSCE's or not get the results they wanted, should be allowed to re-sit their chosen subjects again in their local colleges in the next academic year and this should be easily available at all colleges and sixth forms in the country. Some children are unable to take GCSE's because of teenage pregnancy,illness, bullying and should be given another chance to better themselves and improve their future job prospects.
