Rejected petition Withdrawal of titles (Knighthoods/Lord etc) for criminals

I ask that the Government bring legislation to automatically remove the titles (Lord/Dame/Sir - non-hereditary) of anyone who is convicted of a serious crime (murder/rape/fraud etc) as should have happended with 'Lord Archer'. To hold these titles are a privilege not a right.
