As a result of the lack of progress in the creation of a Devolved English Parliament, and noting the continued refusal to accept the English people as a distinct nation in it's own right, ignoring the rights of the English people in their own land, in particular the right of proper representation within the UK, elevating the rights of ethnic minorities above that of the English people, and consideration that England cannot rely upon the British Government for it's protection, it is proposed that a referendum for English independence takes place as soon as possible.
