Rejected petition Right for 16 and 17 year olds to vote in a second EU referendum

People have underestimated the intelligence, knowledge and experience of people aged 16 and 17 in voting for such a large decision that will vastly impact on their future. Their voices deserve to be heard in the case of a second referendum.
