A complete ban on the use of the battery farming system which currently allows an unprecedented amount of cruelty to chickens raised for egg and meat production.
A ban would allow more traditional methods of free-range farming as opposed to the current battery farming industrial methods. To help struggling farmers with the issue a ban on battery farming could be eased by a VAT freeze on these products.
