Rejected petition Scrap the TV licence

We are suffering at the moment with all the cuts, at the end of the month we have very little money left, people are been forced to use food banks just to live, yet we are been forced to pay for the one pleasure we have left, Television, the TV licence is nothing more that a tax, i think it is time this added expence was removed from out budgets for good, sorry if there are any spelling errors, i am partly sighted
