Petition Recover cost of Libya military action from frozen Libyan assets

The Libyan National Transitional Council is today asking for assets frozen by countries of Allied Forces to be released to fund re-building of Libya. I propose that the costs of our military action in support of the Libyan people are recovered through sale of assets known to be owned by supporters of Gaddafi. For example a rather nice "Saif" house in Hampstead, North London would generate £5m easily.
