Rejected petition ADHD is not a physical disability

Benefit cheats are very widespread,using ADHD as a means of obtaining large amounts of Cash from the benefits system and in many cases recieving mobility (a free car) ADHD does actually exist but mostly it is mis-diagnosed because parent do not wish to control thier children as they will lose their benefits, ADHD diagnosis needs to be double checked, a 6month old child surely cannot be considered to have symtoms of ADHD.
