It seems that the law abiding citizen is impeded in his or her life by the Human Rights act that effectively acts against the very Human Rights of those law abiding citizens.

Whenever there is a high profile piece of news the Human Rights act is hauled out to "protect" the wrong doers at the detriment of victims.

Its time this act was abolished for an act that is fair to all and has some common sense...
