Change the housing paradigm: Encourage property developers to use 'executive housing plots' for a new design of 3 generation home. Provide subsidised 100 year mortages for the building of homes to house 3 generations in comfort and security. Exempt such homes from council tax when they house an eldery relative that would otherwise need sheltered housing/residential care.
