Compulsory identification of all commercial vans with the operators name and contact details.
This should be carried out to reduce the massive number of unidentified vehicles, generally reffered to as "white vans" which circulate on our roads, many of which are being used for dubious or illegal purposes.
Hopefully this would reduce the number of individuals "moonlighting" as tree surgeons, path cleaners, tarmac specialists and the like who operate illicitly in our society.
