All OAP's to be given free milk, tea, coffee, and bread. And meat. And vegetables. They should also have full access to coblers and dry-cleaning/laundry facilities. All types of fuel to be free including petrol, gas, electricity.as wll as council tax to be waived. Water and sewage disposal should also be free.
