Petition Stop road traffic roundabouts being covered in trees and other visual obstructions

I'd like the government and in particular local authorities to think again about their policies of planting shrubs,trees and other large visual obstructions on road traffic roundabouts as they can cause frustration,and also accidents due to not being able to see clearly through the aforementioned "greenery".
This is a particular hazard to laden large goods vehicles and their drivers.
