Petition During referendums all politicians swear before a judge to tell the whole truth

the public should be able to take demonstratable factual evidence from politicians on important subjects usually called in referendums. The politicians should clearly state what are facts and what is speculation & as in a court should be asked to swear an oath which supports this.

The 2016 EU referendum on either was clearly not based on a facts or truths. This has the potential for causing great harm.
