WE THE UNDERSIGNED WISH THE LAWS TO BE TIGHTENED ON THESE `COWBOY BUILDERS` WHO RIP OFF HOUSE OWNERS BY TAKING MONEY `WITHOUT` DOING THE WORK AGREED TO, THIS WOULD BE THEFT IN OTHER WALKS OF LIFE YET NOT HERE, THEY GET TAKEN TO COURT MANY TIMES BUT DO NOT PAY THE MONEY THE COURT AWARDS, THIS SHOULD BE USED BY THE COURTS AS STICKING THERE FINGERS UP AT THEM AND PRISON AND ARREST FOR NOT OBEYING THE COURT AND JUSTICE TO THERE VICTIMS, THEY RUIN LIVES YET GET AWAY WITH IT WHEN OTHERS WHO STEAL A FEW POUNDS GO TO PRISON.
