I wish to set up a E-Petition requesting the government to make all Armed Forces pensions both past and present free from tax.

Thousands of service men and women have served this country well for hundreds of years many giving their lives or health only to be left poor and totally reliant on low pensions which are now taxed thanks to Gordon Brown removing low income tax. We respectfully request that the government now make all armed forces pensions past and present free from all kinds of tax, including income tax as a respect to all its armed forces.
