Rejected petition Does Lying to the Electorate Constitute Electoral Fraud?

We call upon the Electoral Commission and the Crown Prosecution Service to clarify:

1. whether making misleading or untrue claims during a political campaign constitutes electoral fraud

2. whether they believe that electoral fraud was committed during the EU referendum

More details

We specifically highlight:
1. The claim "We send the EU £350 million a week"; the statement "Let's fund our NHS instead" appeared to imply this sum could be spent on the NHS; members of the Vote Leave Committee have backtracked on this claim within days of the referendum.

2. The claim that "The EU IS expanding to include ... Turkey" and "WHEN they join..."; was the public misled over accession requirements and the UK's veto?

3. The claim stated as fact that "60% of our laws come from the EU".
