Closed Objection to the Port of London Authority Byelaws revision dated 14th July 2011

We want the Head of Maritime Commerce and Infrastructure not to agree to the new PLA byelaws as they have no consideration for recreational sailing and racing on the Thames. Particular objection to the following clauses: 9.1, 9.2, 9.4, 16.3 (d.ii) & 24(a).

We wish for a consulatation period with all Thames Sailing & Rowing Clubs and general public users by the PLA to agree amendments to the proposed Byelaws; prior to issuing for sign off by the D.O.T.
