Rejected petition Vote of no confidence for MPs that voted to remain in Europe and be removed..
Since the MPs who voted and supported to remain in Europe are considered a liability to the smooth transition and process after the Brexit vote. We the leave majority want these MPs removed from parliament irrespective of party and origin and replaced with MPs who will put our country's wishes first
More details
We all understand that the members of parliament that have voted to remain have no loyalty to the majority of voters who voted to leave and continue to ruffle the feathers of the public rather then accept the result and act for the benefit of the future of our country without personal interference or influence. We want to replace our government with people who will support the majority decision and future of our country without prejudice making us a stronger and safer throughout the process.
This petition was rejected
Why was this petition rejected?
It’s about something that the UK Government or Parliament is not directly responsible for.
We can't accept this petition because it asks for something that neither the House of Commons nor the Government can do. The expression "vote of no confidence" is used when talking about a vote in the House of Commons which tests whether or not the Government of the day has the confidence of a majority of MPs in the House of Commons. That's why we allow petitions asking for a vote of no confidence in the Government or in individual Ministers. The concept of the House having “confidence” in someone does not apply to backbench or Opposition Members.
We only reject petitions that don’t meet the petition standards.
