Rejected petition Sadiq Khan to run for Prime Minister in upcoming referendum.
Rejected on
We strongly encourage Sadiq Khan to run for Prime Minister after David Cameron's recent resignation, as he has shown during the EU referendum fairness, calmness and other qualities we, as a country, need in a leader.
Why was this petition rejected?
It’s about honours or appointments.
In any case, as you might already know, the Prime Minister of the UK is not chosen by the UK Government or Parliament.
We only reject petitions that don’t meet the petition standards.
