I would like the government to give all English students and pensioners EXACTLY the same benefits as our Scottish and Welsh counterparts. IE free tuition for students and free care for pensioners. It is GROSSLY UNFAIR that English students and pensioners have to pay for what the SCOTTISH and WELSH receive for free.
