The current UK legislation for rights and Government regulation is based upon a series of overlapping laws and practices.

Since their inception, successive Monarchs and Governments have moved to circumvent these given rights with the use of additional overlapping legislation.

A new "plain English" set of rights should be establish to address this imbalance back towards the citizen.
