Rejected petition Implement tighter controls on campaigns and promises made by politicians.

Strong feelings of regret and upset have been present across the UK since the referendum, feelings of betrayal felt due to retreat of politicians from claims and promises made. It should not be possible for politicians to lead campaigns with promises they can not keep and claims with no substance.
