It is a total disgrace that as a World leading economy we have pensioners and other vunerable citizens dying in their own homes from cold because they can't afford to heat them. Gas, Electricity and water prices are rising at an alarming rate. The foreign companies that own them are making vast profits at the expense of not just the vunerable but the British Tax Payer. It is time for a change....!!! PLEASE VOTE FOR THIS PETITION...!!!!!!!
