Rejected petition Require a parliamentary vote before Article 50 can be triggered
Given the vote by Northern Island and Scotland to stay in the EU, it is only right that UK Parliament has the vote on whether or not Article 50 is triggered. It also looks increasingly likely that leaving the EU means leaving the single market and this was not clearly explained in the referendum.
