Rather than remove the benefits of rioters and others on welfare support it is time for those on benefits to receive vouchers for food and non alcoholic drink etc to ensure that the money they are given is spent on what it should be and not cigarettes and alcohol which should be a privelege not an entitlement. A voucher system should also be applied to childcare benefits to ensure that nurseries are in receipt of all the money they are entitled to.
