Rejected petition Brexit plan presented to the UK by 4th July or remain in EU

Let's keep this simple.

We have known the EU referendum was to be debated for years. We knew since the 20th February this year when it was to be held.

Either we have a plan to implement for Brexit or we don't.

If those who were in charge of the leave campaign can't present this, let's just use it as an opinion poll to help direct policies in the future.
