Rejected petition To reassure EU citizens of their valued place within the UK.

We, the undersigned, call on our government to reassure EU citizens as to their valued place within the United Kingdom and to commit to ensuring the rights of EU Citizens currently settled here to be maintained, just as these rights should be negotiated for British citizens living in the EU.

More details

Following the EU Referendum result, there has been little done to reassure EU Citizens living and working in the UK of how much we value the contributions they have given and continue to make to the United Kingdom.

We believe resident EU citizens form an integral part of our society and need to be considered with the same respect and affection as we give our own citizens.
