Tax payers should not have to pay for the consequences of those who are irresponsible in their consumption of alcohol.

Any person requiring medical attention due to alcohol consumption should be charged in some way for the service.

Any person found guilty of causing an accident under the influence of alcohol should also be liable to pay for the emergency services involved.

Any person arrested for alcohol related disorder should pay for the police resources needed to deal with them.
