Personal Injury Claims with the no win no fee policy is causing great damage to the nation through; forcing the costs of insurance to increase, forcing businesses into bankruptcy, creating health and safety rules that are unrealistic in practice, and wasting the time of professional medics. This is all down to opportunistic individuals seeing this as a get rich quick scheme, and are willing to commit stupid acts to make money out of it. Although the individual and law firms benefit greatly, this is heavily outweighed by the cost to the general public and this has got to stop.
