We the undersigned believe that conditions determine conscience. Our elected representatives must be subject to the conditions of their electorate in order to be truly representative.

An act of Parliament must be past to enusre that:

1) No member of parliament will earn more than the average skilled worker in his / her constituency and

2) M.P. expenses shall be pre-budgeted prior to the commencment of office. The budget to be approved by an elected committee of ordinary citizens.
