It is predicted that obesity rates will rise from a quarter in the UK to about 40% by 2030, costing the already strained NHS an extra 2 billion pounds a year.
Price obviously plays a big part in what we choose to eat. My proposal is this: we make the bad foods more expensive, the good foods less expensive, it's that simple.
