Animal protection laws need to be change so it become illegal for people to threaten to kill someones animals.

As it stands at the moment it is not a criminal offence to tell people that they will kill your animals and they can get away with with completely until they have caused harm to the animal. We need to have this changed so that people will get some kind of criminal conviction for threatening peoples animals.
